FBBC's “Green Initiatives”
Flying Bison Brewing Company has always strived to leave as small of a carbon imprint as possible. Even before it was cool to do so. We continue to do that everyday will continue to document what we do daily to be an environmentally friendly business. From donating spent grain to small family owned farms to be used as feed, to sourcing out the production of our labels, case boxes, glasses, growlers, bottles and anything else possible, to companies in Buffalo and in the surrounding Western New York area. It is a commitment that we make everyday and will continue in the future.
Rusty Chain Beer...
Rusty Chain is a beer FBBC is making in collaboration with Green Options Buffalo, Buffalo Rising, and Buffalo Microparks. Based on Tim's Vienna Lager many of you have enjoyed in the past, it was created with the purpose of helping to raise resources for bicycle parking throughout the city of Buffalo. Rusty Chain has quickly become the beer of choice for cyclists and beer aficionados alike. It has been receiving rave reviews in its short life so far.
