Leaps and bounds, my friends, we have an official blog!
You are currently bearing witness to the latest in FBBC’s beer interaction technology. Here you’ll find the latest news and musings from the brewhouse; fingers still sticky with wort. This is a decidedly appropriate step being that there is much excitement afoot in the immediate future. The latest bit being that our big move to Larkinville later this Summer (2014) has graduated from hopeful to imminent this week! (HIGH-FIVES)
Before I get into that, we would first like to offer a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has made this move and our happy little place in the brewing world a success. From the first friends and family that built FBBC from scratch together, to everyone who has egged us on through good times and bad, all the fine establishments who put our taps on their bars and bottles in their coolers, and every person who spends their hard-earned money on our passion, we owe everything to you.
So after around two years of meticulously searching dozens upon dozens of buildings and properties we landed on Seneca and Lord st., and are quite tingly about it. Nearby Larkin Square is abuzz with the kind of events our friends and patrons from all over WNY and Ontario dig (needless to say we dig ’em too), and we’re excited to meet some new friends that may not have visited us in Riverside. Also the new home is less than 2 miles from the First Niagara Center as well as Coca-Cola Field. That’s right: grab a pint with us before the game at the brewery AND sip our suds in the seats.
Ooooh, I almost started to warm up a bit there. Kolsch anyone?
That’s not all we’re jazzed about either. With the new facility comes more space, soon more equipment, and more beers! Keep your eyes peeled for some interesting offerings on tap in the near future.
